Westpac hasn’t changed anything

it seems. so they keep me as a customer. everything still looks the same, and seems to function the same.

maybe it was just a behind the scenes upgrade, and the support guy was just saying what’s on his screen from before?

  1. That’s a relief. Maybe we should tell them it works fine, and they can update their documentation.

  2. They sent out an email recently linking to a demo of their fancy new system, so maybe they just haven’t implemented it yet.
