There seems to be soooooo many different buffer size and memory size configuration variables to set. Read buffers, log buffers, table spaces, memory chunks. I know some of these can be really important. In general my stuff is running OK, but I’m sure it could be better. I’m not sure where to start. With cluster, now there are twice as many again to look at and (maybe) adjust.
