I’ve uploaded backported packages from Ubuntu raring of pidgin-otr and libotr5 for the new version 4.0.0 releases of them, which hav ethe great feature of not sucking as much when you sign in from multiple locations. Get them from my ppa: ppa:stewart/ppa
